I am a student with one year left of college and work part time as a waitress. I am looking for an individual to split the rent on a house with me. There are two rooms that would be assigned to one person and a private bath. I am very tidy when it comes to shared living spaces. I Have a guinea pig that would stay in my room. Pets are ok as long as trained and friendly and with a pet deposit. (Keep in mind the small backyard). I am pretty easy to get along with and have had great roommates in the past. I am in a relationship (known for 6yrs dating for 3) and he will be at the house quite often. I am ok with people having friends/significant others over however if I feel as if I have an extra roommate discussion of them paying rent.utilities ect may have to be enforced. Im a very open-minded independent individual. I will be at home studying when not at school or working. I enjoy a glass of wine or beer every now and then with friends and like outdoor actives and working out. I am looking for an open-minded respectful person to share this house with.
